Terms of Service

Transferring your ticket

Things can happen, of course, disabling you to come. We do not refund any tickets, but we offer you the possibility to transfer your ticket to another person. Transferring the name of the ticketholder, thus badge, can be done up to the day itself. For ticket transfer contact us.

Your registration is not refundable once purchased. Cancellations of your travel and/or hotel reservations are your own responsibility.

The organizers reserve the right to change the date of the event or to cancel the event due to any unforeseen cause. If the event is cancelled, all registered attendees will be paid back the full entrance fee. Further claims against the organizers are not possible.

The workshop ticket include the booking fee, but do not cover any costs of travel or accommodation.

If you want to attend the conference and have any special requirements such as access for wheelchairs, please contact us. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

Photos, Videos and Quotes

With your registration you grant us the right to use photos and videos we may shoot at the event. Quotes given on interviews, Twitter or on our own feedback forms may be used for future event marketing, fully credited, of course, if possible.

If you want to take photos yourself, we encourage you to publish and share these. Let us know where to find them, so we can tell the other attendees about it.

Video and/or sound recording of any session or workshop at the event is NOT permitted, unless permission is granted by the organizers.
